weeple 이용약관

1. 목적

본 약관은 weeple(이하 "앱")이 제공하는 가계부 및 금융 관리 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다.

2. 서비스 내용

• 개인 및 커플 수입/지출 기록 관리
• 예산 설정 및 지출 분석
• AI 기반 소비 패턴 분석 및 리포트
• 커플 연결을 통한 공동 재정 대시보드
• 결제 알림 자동 기입 (Android, 선택적)

3. 회원 가입 및 계정

서비스 이용을 위해 이메일 주소로 회원가입이 필요합니다. 이용자는 정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정 보안에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다. 타인의 계정을 무단으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

4. 유료 서비스 및 결제

• 앱은 무료 기능과 유료 프리미엄 기능을 제공합니다.
• 유료 결제는 Google Play Store 또는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리됩니다.
• 구독은 취소하지 않는 한 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
• 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책에 따릅니다.

5. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:

• 서비스를 불법적인 목적으로 사용하는 행위
• 타인의 개인정보를 무단으로 수집하거나 저장하는 행위
• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 앱을 리버스 엔지니어링, 디컴파일 또는 분해하는 행위
• 자동화된 수단으로 서비스에 접근하는 행위

6. 지적 재산권

앱의 디자인, 코드, 콘텐츠 등 모든 지적 재산권은 서비스 제공자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 입력한 데이터의 소유권은 이용자에게 있습니다.

7. 면책 조항

• 앱은 금융 자문 서비스가 아니며, 제공되는 분석은 참고 목적입니다.
• AI 분석 결과의 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
• 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
• 이용자의 부주의로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

8. 서비스 변경 및 종료

서비스 제공자는 사전 공지 후 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 서비스 종료 시 이용자에게 최소 30일 전에 통지하며, 데이터 내보내기 기간을 제공합니다.

9. 약관 변경

본 약관은 필요 시 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일을 통해 고지됩니다. 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

10. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 서비스 관련 분쟁은 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

weeple Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern your use of the budgeting and financial management services ("Service") provided by weeple ("the App").

2. Service Description

• Personal and couple income/expense tracking
• Budget setting and spending analysis
• AI-powered spending pattern analysis and reports
• Shared financial dashboard via couple linking
• Payment notification auto-entry (Android, optional)

3. Account Registration

An email-based account is required to use the Service. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Unauthorized use of another person's account is prohibited.

4. Paid Services and Billing

• The App offers both free and premium paid features.
• Payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Collect or store other users' personal information without authorization
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Access the Service through automated means

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App's design, code, and content belong to the Service provider. You retain ownership of the data you enter.

7. Disclaimers

• The App is not a financial advisory service; analyses are for reference only.
• Accuracy of AI-generated analysis is not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or system failures.
• We are not liable for data loss caused by user negligence.

8. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service with prior notice. In case of termination, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance and given time to export their data.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as needed. Changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
